Because people suffering NOW under the impact of Climate Change, and we are running out of time in that respect, I’ve written articles suggesting: to consider the impact of climate change a “Humanitarian Crisis”, to enable mecahanisms of channeling money for “Adaptaion” directly to the Rural Communities, i.e. without detours through goverments, in schemes of People’s Empowerment to create functioning (rural) communties on the basis of “Socio-Ecological sustainability and climate justice:
